Once payment has been received, you have a period of thirty calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and refund request. To initiate a return, you must contact us in writing at info@healthvigora.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. The product must be in unused or like-new condition, with all original packaging, documentation and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product shows signs of use, damage, assembly, modification or wear inconsistent with normal inspection after receipt. The following items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and sanitation: the latex yoga mat and the insulated bottle. If you have received a defective product, this does not apply and you may request a replacement or refund under our Warranty section. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or we have made an error. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method within ten business days. Refunds of shipping costs are not provided except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will not include any applicable import duties or local taxes you may have paid, as these are determined by your local authorities and fall outside our control. Warranty Every Vigora Health LLC product carries a lifetime warranty against failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies for the life of the original owner and covers any manufacturing defect that causes the product to fail to perform its intended function. Each product is assigned a unique tracked serial number that is recorded in our system against your order at the time of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you must contact us at info@healthvigora.com and provide your order number and serial number. You must describe the failure in detail and provide photographic evidence if possible. We will assess your claim and at our sole discretion will repair, replace or refund the product. The warranty does not cover failure, damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, abuse, disassembly, modification, unauthorized repair, or commercial hire or rental of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from accidents, drops or impacts. The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by failure to follow our published care and maintenance instructions. If your product is found to be defective under warranty, we will either repair it, send you a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund of the product price, at our election. We will arrange return shipping of a defective product to us at our cost, and we will ship the repaired or replacement product to you at our cost. Shipping and Delivery We arrange shipment of confirmed orders worldwide through third-party logistics partners selected by us. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and current logistics conditions and are not guaranteed. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and tracking information by email once the product has been dispatched. Vigora Health LLC is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by logistics partners or events beyond our reasonable control. Once the product has been handed over to the logistics partner, risk of loss or damage passes to you unless the product arrives damaged, in which case you must contact us immediately with photographic evidence and your order number. Customs clearance, import duties and local taxes are your responsibility, and delays at customs or refusal of goods by customs authorities are not our responsibility.
